We want you to feel amazing in your new gear, so if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unwashed and unworn items into a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
